Kentucky Clinic Pharmacy to begin Shingles vaccine (Zostavax®
) administration |

Since
Medicare is only covering the
Shingles vaccine (Zostavax® ) through the Medicare Part
D Prescription Drug Program, pharmacists will now be
administering the vaccine. |

Bring your prescription from your physician to
Kentucky Clinic Pharmacy to be filled and have the
vaccine administered all in the same trip!

Vaccine administration is
being offered
Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9 - 11 AM and 1:30 - 4
PM.
