The current products listed in the Novation catalog for hemorrhoidal preparations are:

• SRF/SHARK LIVER OIL - HEMORRHOIDAL PREP OINTMENT 1X60GM

• CALAMINE/ZINC OXIDE - VERSAL HEMORRHOIDAL SUPP 12EA

The above products will be automatically substituted for Anusol, Preparation H, or other therapeutically equivalent products. 

The current product listed in the Novation catalog for a hemorrhoidal preparation with hydrocortisone (suppository, cream or ointment) will also be automatically substituted for therapeutically equivalent products.
